Tri-City United Facility Use & Rental

The Tri-City School District is committed to making our district facilities available to our communities. The School Board supports and promotes district and community use of our facilities. We believe that the use of our facilities as community centers encourages educational and recreational activities that promotes health and well-being across all age groups. 

Spaces available for rent - weekend & holiday usage may be limited due to staff availability

  • Performing Arts Center (PAC) - TCU High School
  • Pool Rental (up to 40 people - 2 hour minimum) - TCU Montgomery
  • Auditorium - TCU Le Center & TCU Montgomery
  • Cafeteria - Commons Kitchen 
  • Concession Stand
  • Gymnasium
  • Large Space / Lecture Room
  • Library / Media Center
 

Complete a Request for Use of District Facilities using one of the following ways:

  1. Any person/organization may request use online, fill out the Tri-City Facilities Request System. 
  2. It is important to note, submitting a request is NOT a guarantee of a reservation. You will receive an email notifying you if your request has been approved or denied.
  3. You may also check space availability within Tri-City Facilities Scheduler Calendar. Select from the filters on the left to narrow your search.

When a request is submitted, it will be reviewed for conflicts. An email will then be sent approving the request or notifying you of any conflicts for the dates(s) you have chosen. Once approved, you will receive a permit with an estimate of costs.

The cost of facility rental varies based upon the space being reserved, the length of use, and the organization requesting use. Find more information on rental fees in Facility Use - TCU Policy 902.1.
Yes! TCU uses Vanco Events, an event and ticketing platform, to create custom events, promote and support digital ticket sales with interactive seating charts, and report sales analysis. 

Vanco can be used to support events at TCU facilities and even off-campus events. It is not required to use the Vanco Ticketing System for your event. It is an optional, additional feature. There are fees to use the Vanco ticketing system.
