Yes! TCU uses Vanco Events, an event and ticketing platform, to create custom events, promote and support digital ticket sales with interactive seating charts, and report sales analysis.
Vanco can be used to support events at TCU facilities and even off-campus events. It is not required to use the Vanco Ticketing System for your event. It is an optional, additional feature. There are fees to use the Vanco ticketing system. To learn more, read the Vanco Ticketing System FAQ. If your organization would like to pursue using the Vanco Ticketing System for your event, please complete and submit this request form. Submission of this Vanco ticketing system request form is for a reservation of the Vanco ticketing system only. To request use of a TCU facility, please review TCU District Policy 902 and submit your facility request through the TCU Facility Use & Rental process. Use of the Vanco system is included in TCU District Policies 902 and 902.1. |
