Intervention at TCU Elementary Schools Through the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), Title One funds are distributed to districts to provide intervention services to schools within the district that qualify. MDE allows these federal funds to go to low income schools only. At Tri-City United Le Center and Montgomery Elementary qualify for these funds. |
