Hello! Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! So far, the year 2020 has been one for the record books. I know this year won't look like other years, but we are going to make the best of every situation. I want to introduce myself so you can get to know me a little better (under the mask.)  My name is Jolene Busch and I have been teaching for 15 years. This is my 2nd year at TCU - Montgomery. Last year I was up in 6th grade where I taught part-time science and reading. I have taught at multiple grade levels, but this will be my first time in 4th grade so I am excited to take on this adventure with your child! I have 4 children and 1 grandchild. My oldest and my son-in-law just moved back recently from California with our 2 year old granddaughter and our second child just moved home where she is finishing her college career online. Our only son moved up to North Dakota State University where he will be playing baseball and our youngest is an 8th grader in New Prague. In my spare time I love to watch sports (especially my children's activities), read books, and play volleyball. I am a huge Twins fan and was really bummed not to be able to go to any games this year. Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns you have throughout the school year.
